These are the faces of men on a mission. Lobsters and conch beware.
They set off on a mission while I worked on my tan in the dinghy.
After three months of looking under every rock, nook and cranny they came home victorious with a lobster and conch.
Lobstering laws in Puerto Rico are a bit different than the Bahamas and the tools of the trade changed a bit. In the Bahamas, we were allowed to fish with a spear gun, while here in Puerto Rico you need only your hands and a net.
I try not to watch too closely for fear that I may accidently dial up PETA, but I do know the tail grilled and soaked in butter is about the best thing you can put in your mouth. Lauren served it up with a side of Conch Fritters and a Medella light and it makes the perfect Lobster Lunch.
I LOVE these pictures! I LOVE lobster! Great job Captain Bo and friend on your catch! Xoxoxo
